What is a brand?
A brand is based on intangible attributes that when combined build an emotional relationship with a consumer.
Brands may be a company name, a name of an indivudal product/service or a range of products/services. It could be the logo, the general look, feel or tone of voice or simply the way the company interacts with its customers. Ultimately your brand should be greater than the sum of all its parts.
Why is branding important?
