Social media is more than MySpace, Facebook, blogging, podcasts, You Tube and Twitter, it is a new way for organisations to communicate, collaborate, educate, entertain and engage with your audience in a new open way.
Why is Social Media important?
We live in a world where we demand answers 24/7 365 days a year, we want to find out about a particular product or service, and as organisations we need to consider how best we repsond to those demands.
Social Media is not for everyone or every organisation, however it is something all organistations should be aware of and consider in order to serve existing customers and markets and look to reach out to potential new customers and markets.
