A new facility to accommodate expansion at Soundown opened on 1st October 2015. The new facility, close to their Salem main office is 25,000 sq ft (2,322m2).
Several of Soundown’s popular lines are being produced at the new facility including Damping Tiles, Polyimide Foam fabrication, Composite panels, Marine Hull boards and Rockwool, Specialty Composites and Sylomer.
The new facilities have been necessary to meet customers’ needs and have allowed Soundown to invest in new facilities to implement new technologies into their production system.
