Baltic Lifejackets has launched a new lifejacket which is designed for maximum of comfort for adults and juniors introducing the Compact 100 Auto.
The Compact 100N Auto is part of the popular Baltic comfort range, which means the jacket is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. The Compact is designed to fit close to the body with a soft pliable and highly durable material.
As the name suggests The Compact 100 has been developed to provide 100Newton of buoyancy, the same as the traditional foam filled orange lifejackets, but this is fitted with an inflatable lung which is automatically triggered on emersion in water. This Compact 100 has been fitted with a smaller lung similar to other models in the Baltic range making it lighter as well as comfortable to wear.
To help ensure the jacket is working correctly, an inspection window is fitted so that wearers can visually check the two indicators of the automatic valve are showing green and that the lifejacket is ready for use. The Compact is also fitted with a CO2 cylinder retainer to make sure that the cylinder doesn’t work loose.
Available in 3 colour choices, Navy Blue, Rozzo (UV Red) or Grey, the jacket fits wearers from size 30 -110 kg.
The Compact 100 will be unveiled on the Baltic Lifejackets stand 12.725 along with all their new 2018 products at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) 14-16 November.
